CUSTOM PRESSING PROCESS

Store The Same Tonnage of Hay in Half the Space

Dense, Consistent, Free of Mold & Weeds, Easy to Stack
  1. Quality hay is brought to our facility
  2. Our exclusive broom removes dirt & rock from the bottom of bales
  3. Bales are cut in thirds called slabs
  4. We remove strings and flakes with weeds and mold
  5. 4000 psi of pressure is applied by our Steffens Hay press
  6. The new bale is ejected to the tongues to be strapped
  7. The final cuts are made to finish the bales
  8. Bales are taken by forklift to the wrapper to be bundled and stacked
